Juanita Ortiz is Senior Manager with Consilience Group, a woman-owned, professional services company based out of Memphis, Tennessee. Juanita is a forward-thinking social impact executive highly skilled in strategic planning, change management, program design, and measurement. Prior to joining Consilience Group, her career spanned over a decade in the non-profit sector with organizations that included ALSAC/St. Jude, United Way Worldwide and UNICEF. At Consilience Group, Juanita currently leads and advises on a variety of health equity and transformation initiatives for clients including the American Cancer Society, the New York Institute of Technology – College of Osteopathic Medicine, local public health agencies in Missouri, and most recently with the City of Las Vegas’ Municipal Courts and City Attorney’s office. Juanita has an MBA from Georgetown University and a BA from Brown University. She currently sits on the Board of Arts Memphis, Overton Park Conservancy, and Trezevant Manor.
